How long does it take to ship a stock surfboard?
Stock surfboards typically ship within 2 to 4 business days. Once dispatched, transit times vary by region, but most domestic orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Can I place a custom order for a specific board model?
Yes, our custom board builder allows you to select your preferred model and specify dimensions, fin plug systems, glassing schedules, and personalized artwork.
What is your return policy on surfboards?
Surfboards can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in brand-new, un-waxed, and unused condition. Please note that custom-shaped boards are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and board size.
What should I do if my board arrives damaged?
Please inspect your board immediately upon delivery. If there is damage, document it with photos and contact our customer service team within 24 hours to initiate a claim.
