At Channel Islands Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboards are double-padded to prevent any structural damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
